In compliance with the Greek government’s COVID 19 health and safety protocols, we have implemented extra safety measures.

At the Hotel Miranda the safety and the wellbeing of our guests and employees is our top priority.

Below you will find some of the enhanced safety measures we have taken during this time.

General practices

Social distance protocols are in place and enforced.

Signs throughout the hotel remind guests to take the appropriate measures to protect themselves and others.

Increased frequency of cleaning all hotel areas using disinfectant.

Enhanced cleaning on frequently touched points such as door handles etc.

Hand sanitation liquid situated throughout the premises.

Hotel staff

All hotel employees have been trained to follow the specified hygiene protocols.

All hotel employees are required to wear face masks/ face protection

All employees comply with the health protocols such as hand washing distancing etc.

Check-in and check- out:

Mandatory extension of duration of check-out and check-in times between stays (check out by 11am and check in from 3pm) so that rooms can be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected and aired out through natural ventilation.

Keys are disinfected.

Rooms

Housekeeping service is solely upon request of the guest.

All rooms will be deeply cleaned, disinfected, and aired through natural ventilation between stays.

All hotel equipment in room will be cleaned and sanitized before check in.

LAUNDRY

The bed linen and towels have been laundered at a high temperature 

Food and Beverage Protocols

In the kitchen, all staff will wear masks. Breakfast is served in the garden where tables are appropriately distanced.

In order to provide the maximum security to our guests some of the breakfast comes in pre-packaged containers eg the yogurt, orange juice, honey, jam. We give the opportunity to our guests to ask for breakfast to be served in their room as room service.
