Where is the hotel located?

The Miranda Hotel is ideally situated just a few minutes’ walk from Hydra’s port, housed in a beautiful captain’s mansion dating back to 1810.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

You are able to check in anytime after 15:00and check-out is until 11:00.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Please contact us in advance.

Is the hotel family-friendly?

Yes, absolutely. We offer triple and family rooms, perfectly suited for families.

How to get to Miranda Hotel

How can I reach the hotel from the port?

The hotel is just a five-minute walk from Hydra’s port.
As vehicles are not permitted on the island, we can gladly assist with your luggage upon prior arrangement.

Our facilities & services

Is breakfast included in the room price?

Yes, we serve  traditional Greek breakfast prepared with fresh, local ingredients.

Does the Hotel offer free Wi-Fi?

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout all guest rooms and public areas.

Do the rooms have a refrigerator and television?

Yes, all rooms are equipped with a refrigerator and a smart satellite TV.

Reservation policy

How can I cancel or modify my reservation?

  • Cancellation up to 21 days prior to arrival: Guests will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellation 20 to 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total booking will be charged.
  • Cancellation within 7 days of arrival or in case of no-show: The full amount of the reservation will be charged.
  • Early departure: Guests will be charged for the entirety of the remaining stay.

What is the Hotel’s payment policy?

Payment Policy

To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required, which is fully refundable in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Payment options:

  • Credit Card: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

  • Bank Transfer: A 50% deposit is required. Please send us the proof of the transaction so we can apply it to your reservation and confirm your booking.

Important exceptions:

  • For one-night stays, full prepayment of the total amount is required to secure your reservation.

  • For reservations made within 7 days of arrival, full prepayment is required.
